Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of regulated financial service. All outputs — including SIGMA scores, regime assessments, arbitrage signals, and scenario analyses — are analytical tools, not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. Past performance data shown does not predict future results. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.
By accessing or using Noosphere Prime ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and API consumers.
Noosphere Prime is a global systemic intelligence platform that provides AI-powered financial and macroeconomic analysis, including but not limited to: regime detection, SIGMA scoring, geopolitical pulse analysis, shadow banking stress indicators, arbitrage signal generation, and multi-dimensional market intelligence. The Platform is accessed via web interface and programmatic API.
You must provide accurate, complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at contact@noosphereprime.space.
API keys issued to your account are personal and non-transferable. You may not share, resell, or sublicense API access.
The Platform offers the following subscription tiers: Starter ($149/month), Professional ($449/month), and Sovereign (custom pricing). Prices are listed in USD and billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase if you have made fewer than 50 API calls. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has begun.
Refund requests must be submitted to contact@noosphereprime.space with your account email and reason for cancellation.
You agree not to use the Platform to:
All Platform technology, algorithms, SIGMA models, UI design, and branding are the exclusive intellectual property of Noosphere Prime and its licensors. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Platform for your internal business purposes.
You retain ownership of any data you provide to the Platform. By submitting data, you grant us a limited license to process it to deliver the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noosphere Prime shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to financial losses, trading losses, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities, arising from your use of the Platform.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Platform in the three months preceding the claim.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that: (a) outputs are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose; (b) the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free; or (c) any signals or scores will yield profitable outcomes.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if continued service poses legal or regulatory risk. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. We will not refund unused portions of active subscriptions terminated for cause.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania. EU consumers retain any mandatory consumer protection rights under their local law.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance.
