The divergence between what is officially reported and what independent physical signals show — electricity load, trade, energy. Each gap is committed, dated and provenance-stamped before any confirming revision exists, then scored when reality catches up.
What makes a result real
(1) inputs are independently re-derivable (source + timestamp + SHA-256) · (2) the computation is deterministic and open · (3) the gap is committed before the confirming evidence exists · (4) an independent revision scores it later. When the data cannot support a claim, this page shows Insufficient data — never a fabricated number.
