Institutional Accountability Index
Narrative Divergence Index
A systematic record of when official institutional statements from the ECB, IMF, Moody's, Federal Reserve, and governments directly contradicted what SIGMA mathematical analysis showed — and what actually happened afterward.
These divergences are reconstructed: the engine is applied today to the inputs available at each stated date, consistently and without tuning per case. That makes them a retrospective diagnostic, not evidence of a call made at the time. Prospective performance lives in the dated prediction ledger, where a claim is recorded before its outcome.

Methodology
SIGMA (System Intelligence Graph for Macro Analytics) is a deterministic 8-layer mathematical framework analyzing metabolic fragility, network contagion (R₀), NLP linguistic divergence, predictive regime dynamics, and multi-fractal technical indicators. All scores are SHA256-anchored at computation time. The historical divergences documented here are reconstructed from SIGMA inputs available at the stated dates, with the same methodology applied consistently across every case. No parameter is fitted per case, which is what makes the comparison fair between cases — it is not a claim that the engine ran on these dates.
The next divergence is forming now.
