Signal Design
Smart Money Signal tracks anonymous, aggregate query velocity per sovereign entity across the Noosphere Prime API network. No individual user data is stored or exposed. The signal computes a velocity ratio (current week / rolling baseline) and classifies each entity as: low (<1.5×), elevated (1.5–2.5×), high (2.5–4.0×), or extreme (>4.0×).
When a cluster of sophisticated actors independently investigates the same entity, the aggregate pattern is itself a form of intelligence — the "smart money" positioning before a public catalyst. This signal has a lead time of 3–14 days ahead of media coverage in our calibration data.
