SIGMA × Media
The most dangerous risks are the ones nobody is talking about. This matrix maps systemic risk (Noosphere Score) against media attention — revealing hidden dangers and overblown narratives.
⚡ Silent Danger
Contrarian edge — system stressed, markets asleep
📢 Known Danger
Consensus risk — crowded trade, priced in
📡 Noise Calm
Overblown narrative — media attention without teeth
← Low SIGMA (safer)

High SIGMA (riskier) →
Silent Danger
High risk — low attention. The contrarian edge.
Known Danger
High risk — high attention. Priced in; crowded short.
Noise Calm
Low risk — high attention. Overblown narrative.
Methodology
Noosphere Score is computed by the SIGMA Engine v5.0 from sovereign/fiscal, banking stress, currency risk, political risk, and contagion risk vectors. Scores ≥55 indicate elevated systemic risk.
Media attentionis a proprietary calibration index (0–100) based on search volume density, international news coverage frequency, IMF/World Bank report focus, and analyst coverage concentration. Values are updated quarterly. Threshold for "high attention": 55+.
Silent Danger entities are the highest-value intelligence targets: systemic stress is building while the consensus is elsewhere. This is where asymmetric risk lives.
